Evaluations

I believe that teacher evaluation is a crucial part of the teaching and learning system. For better
educational practices, clear standards for student learning, well-planned curriculum materials and
proper assessment strategies should be complemented with a well-organized teacher evaluation
(Darling-Hammond, 2013).
